Enjoy cocktails, dance performances, live music and a hearty southern-style meal by Chef Cari Jo Cavalcante(Bloomsbury Bistro, Kansas City) and Chef Eric Smith(Ace Hotel, The Whitfield, Pittsburgh). Mastery of ribs performed by: Chef Eric Smith, Ms. Stephanie Dutton, and Mr. Paul Simmons... your votes decide who did it best!
